I just got my latest date bump over night... but is it weird that I'm happy about it?!? It was only a 3-day bump. From 10/12 - 10/18 now it's 10/15 - 10/21.
They have beaten so much hope out of me that I'm now happy I got bumped 3 days. This is some form of cruel patience boot camp that is re-calibrating my expectations and patience!

With my convoy number from Ford chat, I’m able to see my truck traveling down from Port Richmond. Yesterday it was in Fremont and so far this morning it’s in Salinas. Almost here!

@TaxmanHog spreadsheets appear to show that quite a few haven’t been delivered in 8/15 build week which probably means parts issue as opposed to convoy/damage issue since build weeks 8/22 and 8/29 are nearly complete in their deliveries.

Our week is certainly not having great luck... whatever the reason be. For deliveries so far only 9% have had longer than 30 days between ship date and arrival at dealer. Our group will increase that % as we already have 7 of us that are beyond 30, and 3 more that are very close to being past 30 days.

To be honest I'm getting pissed off at being continually pissed off at the poor last stage communication. Chat is useless, dealer is useless, ETA range is useless (should have arrived by today). All Ford claims they can see is the truck is still in Blue Island. All I will say is I'm pleased I am not trying to juggle a loan/rate lock... I feel for you that are. I WILL be absolutely furious if I don't take delivery this year, and I miss the $7,500K tax credit.

Agreed. My pre approved check expires early December. I'm can't see it taking that long to receive the truck but if it's later then that I'm screwed. Interest rates have increased.

The long 17 month wait is over! I picked her up from the dealer the other night, there was actually lightning in the skies when I was siging the paper work. the guys at the dealership were saying it was a good omen to take delivery of a Lightning during a lightning storm.
I agree, as everything about this truck is very good! really is amazing how smooth and quiet the ride is.

Glad you got your truck... Mine has slipped again, the fourth time. Now 11-7-2022 - 11-13-2022 from 10-13-2022. Another month. 80 AMP Ford charger installed and nothing to connect it to. I'm starting to wonder if my truck actually exists.

Should have mentioned that the status was "constructively placed" at that location. Not really sure what exactly that means other than waiting to get into a better place to unload perhaps? Hoping for this week!

Constructively Placed means held on a side or hold track because the industry has no capacity or is unable to accept the car at their industry or team track.
