This means it shipped today. I don't know what is happening in their system, but always this is what happens before it updates the next day to the shipped status. Your truck is coming. Congratulations!

Picked it up today. Upgraded from a 2018 Platinum. All I can say is... wow! Used blue cruise, drove around town, launched at a couple stoplights, and played with most of the settings. I can't wait to use it more!

Just got off the phone with a Ford rep using the number in the Ford Pass app; she said mine is on an Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad car but couldn’t see a car or tracking number. The estimated date of delivery is 10/31.

My dealer has access to a much more accurate tracker than the Ford website and said he’ll start sending me pictures every few days. Making progress!

just curious, was it delivered with the battery CSP still open?

Mine was delivered with the CSP still open. I did reach out to the Ford customer service via the chat feature and was told that it should be cleared upon the next software update to the truck which is scheduled for early November

No, only you can get deeper details via customer service or your sales team, as of now still stuck in production, why is the big question?!?

Well did get in touch with them. They said the truck is built. Though on the site it hasn't been updated since 9/8. It's expecting to ship 11/8.

The reason this was important to me is the timeline of my flight back to the dealership location and only being there for 3 days. If the truck wasn't there by then. I'd have to deal with additional logistics to have someone pick up the truck on my behalf. Either way sounds like everything should be fine now if it ships and doesn't take more than 23 days to arrive.
