It's the person doing all the ordering for the large dealership and the general manager so... And the guy who picks up the Ford company hotline and only does lightnings same.... no way is this true he said, lightnings protected. So there is definitely some communication issues. Nonetheless 300 credit for all this is BS and a shortage document to be given to the customer on-delivery to be signed acknowledging seems... Dealer also has people driving around with their new Lightning for weeks with no charger to be obtained. Told him to get for customer on eBay.Your dealer is lazy about contacting the customers about this revelation, it's been communicated to the senior staff at all dealerships, if they chose not to inform front line sales staff, you see where the problems is...... yes material shortages are a result of our current economic conditions, no one is able to bring their performance back to pre-disaster conditions in the snap of a finger, it's going to take time.
