Here is another way to look at the timing of the recent production as reported on Taxmanhog's tracker.
8/22 Yellow (20) - 9 In prod., 1 Built
8/15 Blue (31) - 27 In prod., 6 Built, 1 Shipped
8/8 Green (19) - 19 In prod(all), 17 Built, 13 Shipped, 3 Arrived

You can see that Blend to Built is 9-13 days except for a couple outliers. While Built to ship less than 9 at most.
As excited as I was to hear from two chat sessions that my trucks ETA is 9/9-9/15. These stats tell a very different story.

Good intel, clearly presented. Still hoping, w/o evidence, timelines improve. Thx.

This has probably been discussed but is there a way to gleam some useful info from the raw mod hexadecimal data? I assume each of those modules has a name. At what point does lightning show up in ford pass?

From that chat support: "You should expect your vehicle to arrive at your dealership no later than September 28th."

This is encouraging! I'll be stoked just to get it in September, and hopefully their ship date is conservative.

Hope I am not slowing yours and @sparta deliveries down. Our trucks might be all on the same train.

I have to imagine they have more than just the lightnings they can fill the rail cars with.

Interesting. In Production date showed up before the tear tag for me.

When talked to support once I had both and at that point they had an ETA. I am sure there are a bunch of variables for when they can provide one - still expecting mine to shift by the time the Ford page shows the ETA.

I just checked my Ford Pass app and I can now "Activate Vehicle" within the app. Has anyone here tried this yet? I read another thread someone where a guy activated his FP app (has to be accepted from truck side/ford employee if this works) and he could track the truck.

People in previous build weeks had success doing it, but not sure if anyone recently got it working. I tried and it says "Activation is currently unavailable". I'll try again later, and see what happens.

It said the same for me as well when I selected "Activate Vehicle"

Same here. I can add, but get failure notice when trying to activate.

They know what we are up to! Ha ha. Well that looks like they might have disabled it, which actually does make sense. However, it's a bummer.

Won't stop me from clicking it every now and then just to make sure...
