08/15/2023 UPDATE:
There is some small progress being made in my F150 Lightning production; checking the Module Build Data (AS-Built) it looks like the BCE (Body Control Electronics) is getting populated and the data file is available for download..... Getting there one small step at a time; there is still hope! :)
Yes, progress today, you should see your tear tag populated in the next day or two, then wait for a the BUILT date on the production tracker.

I'm showing a Tear Tag now! I assume that means I'm close?
Now you wait for the BUILT date to populate on the production tracker Ford-USA trucks in the 7/31 build week still are not showing BUILT yet, something is holding up this phase.

Have you tried to clear the cache in your web browser? If you have a VPN, try to pause the app for a few minutes while accessing the Ford website... Hope this can help....

You were correct; today I got the tear tag information, also the truck production progress has been updated with the "in production date of 8/15/23" instead of the straight "in production" with no date since 7/26/23.... No PCM data yet.....
Thank you for the provided steps information.

Awesome!!
Don't worry you have all the codes the entirety of which are listed below the BCE Modules header, we've seen this consistently for all Lightnings and even on ICE vehicles

Interesting that your original blend day was 8/11, but the truck did not hit in production until 8/15, this leads me to think they are doing some extensive QC on the 7/31 build week, remember, expanded plant capacity, expanded workforce, I suspect & hope the trucks are getting an extensive review before seeing a "BUILT" date.

Thank you again for the information. Aren't they (Ford) suppose to use a new fully automated system for inspecting the truck external panels tolerances once built? Is is possible that there are a few snags with that system in addition of new employee training for the increased production output for the rest of 2023?
There must be some explanation for the delays seen since they re-opened the production line at the end of July beginning of August....
I guess, all we need is some additional patience after 2+ years of waiting..... ;)

You and my speculation may be on point, but we're just onlookers, production data/dates is telling me that either there are parts shortages or they are being extra careful, if they are using more automation, I'd be manually validating it before trusting it, hence the initial slow down.

Dear Count,

We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Just wanted to give you an update on the status of your F-150 Lightning XLT order. While production of your vehicle was projected to begin the week of August 7, 2023, supply chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty.

This is frustrating, we get it. We want nothing more than to get your Ford up on the line and start assembling it. And we will continue to work hard to reduce the delays to try to get you on the road in your new vehicle soon.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we get more information, at least once every 45 days. Hang in there. We really do appreciate your patience and understanding.

I received the same email today.. feels a bit generic in blaming supply chain, but who really knows.. I had a similar email in May warning of supply chain delays.

Anyone know the root cause? I thought it was largely Covid related and that we’d moved past it, but apparently not.
