Thanks so much, I appreciate everything you are doing. Here is where I’m at now. Ford Chat also told me I was priority 1, no clue what that means.

OK, I have my truck, but circling back to the 23B57 CSP Battery/Software issue...I assumed that part of the PDI included the software update being done (they had the truck most the day), but was frankly afraid to ask (and them say, oh, missed that, we need to keep the truck).

My Ford app and https://www.ford.com/support/recalls-details/ both still show the CSP...sooooo, did they deal with it, or does the CSP not leave the list?

If they did NOT do the update, the self-update is supposed to be pushed out this fall (uh, now?), correct?

Still IP but my dealer shows me as "Produced". I emailed to ask that he remove the mobile charger and he said he couldn't because my F150L was produced but would call SunRun to inquire. I corrected him as to the charger in question and that someone could just walk over to the truck and remove the carry case since it hasn't shipped yet. Haven't heard back on my 2nd email.

Yeah, my dealership says I’m stuck with the mobile charger as well. I hope I never need it, but I’ll sure be glad if I do and it’s there for me.

Even if they did the CSP update in PDI, the web check does not clear immediately, several folks are still seeing it, I would not worry about the issue, eventually the OTA will be out and your truck is recent production so you're not likely to have a module issue inside your pack.

I asked my salesman multiple times before pickup and he assured me the update was applied, however it still shows for me in the App.

Three weeks with no status change (ship date 09/29), a full week since the last update date (10/13)...I'm starting to pull out what little hair I have left! The waiting is killing me!

I’m 9/25 build week (though not built until 10/10). 12 days later and per my dealer it’s moved approx 220 miles to IL. With 2200 more to go, it’ll be here approx. February 22, 2024 at this rate.

I deeply DEEPLY envy folks who are getting their trucks within 6-7 days ship.

It's got to be at the destination railyard waiting ever so long for a convoy truck to move it from there to your dealer, nag the dealer to see if they can ask the hauler to expedite its movement .
