I also have a lightning with 23Aug blend date (that I'm letting the dealer keep) that still shows "In Production". Think it'll be delivered by Halloween?

Not sure until we start to see flow on the 7/31 ++++ builds.

By next Sunday there will 11,832 trucks on hold, plenty enough to fill multiple rail cars and form long strings of rail cars to all the corners of the nation and Canada.

Folks, kick off is delayed approx 3-4 days, they appear to still be running the last couple days worth of the 8/28 build week right now.

Ugh, blend date was tomorrow but no movement so far......

Looking like a 3-4 day offset, everyone should adjust your expectations of when to see modules start to populate and then after the tear tag is issued, your will see the "IN PRODUCTION" date.

I watched the UAW update, at least part of it. They’re still not happy with the Big 3 concessions (and rightfully so) but Ford has made the most progress in every category the UAW outlined. There’s also a question on whether they strike everywhere or do targeted strikes - and the analysis showed a targeted strike MIGHT not target the Dearborn plant.
We will find out tomorrow.

Looks like it mostly impacts trucks built last year and is somewhat being fixed via a software update - I wonder if they are waiting on the update to ship out vehicles.

Possibly MY23 trucks up to a certain point but not well stated here,

MY22 grand total was approx 17,444 less batteries fixed under prior program.

Leaving about 19,167 MY23 trucks affected which would be production from 10/2022 to May 2023.
Ideally Trucks built June 2023 and later will only need software fix, (my speculation)

Negative ghostrider. The plant is apparently 3-4 days behind so they likely haven’t started any vehicles for this build week.

Looks like the strike likely will happen, but the targeted plant builds the Bronco and the Ranger, not the Lightning. So we might see some progress even if the strike takes place. Solidarity!
