Check the other build threads. Sitting in built is kind of the norm currently, and some for much longer while they dig out of the backlog in the parking lot. All the way back to the early August builds. The good news is I'm starting to see some pictures from people's driveways. So it looks like progress is finally happening.
Most of these updates always post the day after, the action occurred yesterday, in a pending status just like most of our bank's will list a transaction as PENDING, there is one exception, the final preparations is real time, as soon as the dealer marks the incoming inventory the date action lists right away.OK! This happened this morning (says updated yesterday, but I checked before going to bed and it was still not built...

I also got a text today from a Ford Texting Agent named David. Felt like a real person...he wanted to spend some time getting me up to speed on away from home charging basics (our 4th EV, soooo). I was not in a good spotfor that tutorial, so we are doing a followup on the 11th.
I did ask about my still active CSP 23B57 (software/battery).
"I can understand the concern and can provide you the contact number for the Customer Relationship Center and they can discuss the service action that is on the truck. The contact number is 1-800-392-3673"
Very similar dates to ours (within a day or two). My delivery window is 10/17-10/30, but I'm hoping for sooner. Starting to get antsy!
That will fix eventually, give it a few days to resolve. Did you get the email first or did you find out checking the website?
