Oops! Thanks for pointing that out. I fixed the original post, but here's the upgrade
Thanks for the update, I was wondering what "upgrade" you were looking at doing. SGS and that solution is definitely doing it well. I believe you'll be very happy with something like that. I did similar, using Focal speakers and JL Audio amps. Hard to justify (but what isn't about this truck) but definitely kicks ass.

2023 Lightning XLT ER
I'm almost finished adding all my accessories (except my audio upgrade) to my new XLT ER. After owning 2 Lightnings these were the mods I liked the first time and wanted to do again (luckily I was able to fund most of this with FordPass points, selling extra parts, and pulling some parts off my Pro). Please DM me if you'd like more info or have questions.

Exterior
  • Window tint
  • In Channel Window deflectors/air channels
  • Tailgate Letters (Black with Blue Outline)
  • Charge Port Letters (Black with Blue Outline)
  • OEM Mud Flaps (w/ painted letters)
  • Hard Tri-Fold Tonneau
  • LED Front Emblem
  • Front camera spray nozzle (easy, cheap, add-on if you are installing the LED Emblem)
  • PPF exterior door pillars (no more shiny micro scratches on piano black)
  • Door Edge Guards
  • Front lower mesh grill
  • Color matched side mirror caps
  • Wheel Locks
  • Stubby Antenna
  • Rear Cargo Nets (two styles, envelope and flat)
  • Angled BullRings (retractable exterior pocket tie down latch)
  • Removed all Ford and dealer stickers, license plate frame, etc
Interior
  • Neoprene Seat Covers (no worries about fabric seats anymore, console armrest cover doesn't fit)
  • OEM Rubber F-150 mat (came with truck)
  • Seatback Organizers (for kids)
  • Tufskinz Sill Protection (no more scratch worries from dogs/kids)
  • Rear Seat Latch (easy access to storage behind rear drivers side passenger seat)
  • Screen Protector on 12" screen (Matte)
  • Comma 3x (hands free cruise control)
  • Leather Key fob cover (protects and looks nice)
  • Frunk Nets (two styles, envelope and flat)
  • Anti-Glare Coated, Wide Rearview Mirror
  • Cubby shelf add-on for media console area
  • MagSafe Charger/Mount
  • Heated blanket for backseat
Misc
  • Manual Backup Power for home (via Manual Transfer Switch and Pro Power Onboard)
  • Alexa home integration
Left to do
  • Audio upgrade
    • Install Wire harness
    • Sound deadening doors
    • Speaker replacement
    • 4 Channel Amp
    • Add AIO Sub
  • Frunk speaker delete
  • Add more lighting to running boards
  • Install FCSP (maybe, I'm really liking my Emporia)
Mods I passed on this time
  • Remote start from Keyfob
  • FitCamX front/rear (Comma 3x is in its space)
  • Cushioned Console Cover
  • Car seat protectors (seat covers solve this issue)
  • Console Safe (I only needed the locking function a handful of times)
  • Steering Wheel Cover
  • Backseat mirror (anti-glare wide rearview mirror solves this)
The XLT came with the under seat cargo bars, front light bar, bed lights, spray-in bedliner, and rubber floor mats. Otherwise I would've done those again too on my Pro.

Added a couple of solar panels to run the fridge while we're camping.

And installed a custom grill in front of the louvers so junk doesn't make its way into the front scoop.

Added a semi-custom bed divider with molle panel system. Started with a bed divider Ford knockoff from EBay. Listing said it was for 15 to 21 model years, but I figured there wasn’t much different in the beds from the previous gen. Works directly with the box link plates. Only difference from OEM is that it is a 2 piece assembly.
Next I ordered some cheap molle panels from Ali express. They are meant for seatbacks but I just wanted to use the panels. Then I designed some brackets and 3d printed them in ASA to mount the panels off the bed divider. Finally, I designed a clip system for attaching to the molle panels and a few different brackets for attaching items. Happy to share links and designs if anyone is interested. Oh and an added touch is the lightning logo. I measured the one on the back of the truck to replicate it with some blue PLA for a key chain. I glued it on to one of the molle clips I designed so that I could hang it off the panel.

Where did you get color matched side mirror caps. I want to get avalanche mirror caps to match my truck.

Only difference this time is I figured out the part for the tubing and installed the OEM tubing instead of hacking some together from Autozone. It's a straightforward install and the washer housing was already on the truck (both my old 23 Pro and my 23 XLT).

Here is the part for the washer nozzle:
HC3Z-17603-B

Here are the parts for the OEM tubing:
ML3Z-17A605-G
ML3Z-17A605-C

It's a $50 add-on.

Made my own PAAK (since I have an XLT). Ordered an AliExpress ford fob knockoff (programs perfectly following the procedure in the manual). Harvested the PCB (removed buttons to slim down further). Ordered a 2032 with tabs to solder to and designed a printed a case roughly the size of a credit card (though about 3mm thicker). Ordered a new Apple wallet with expansion for cards to store the β€œcard fob”. I may end up ordering the non-folding, no AirTag version of the wallet to slim it down some more, but I’ll try this for a bit first.
