Got the email to confirm my address by SunRun the other day, will be picking mine up on Tuesday, 700 mile roadtrip back home Friday.

Cleaning out the garage today, realizing that an F150 is definitely bigger than a Jeep GC... it'll be tight that's for sure.
Got quoted $2K for charger plus 2nd meter install which isn't terrible.

Spotted a Pro at the local Pizza joint today, first I've seen in the wild besides manufacturer models and dealer mannequins.

Well I have had mine for four days now. I established two rules at the outset. Only driving around town. Never tow a horse trailer. Within 48 hours I have broken both of those rules. We went up to a small town to get my daughter married. One electrify America station nearby. Nightmares trying to get that thing to work. Never did. So we dropped it at the Ford station nearby on an 8KW charger and were going to pick it up at 90% at the end of the day. They moved it to a 4K W charger. I barely had enough juice to get to Houston to drop off a couple of kids at the airport.
I pulled into a Whole Foods at noon. About 20 miles left on the vehicle. 90% charge in two hours and 40 minutes. That might get me home against the stiff Southeast breeze if I draft behind 18 wheelers at 65 or 70, instead of try to do 75 or 80 like I normally do. There are no chargers between here and home 193 miles away.
Once I get past this episode I will tell you whether I’d like the truck or not.

Definitely helps to set up EA ahead of time and confirm it works, but they are so glitchy it might have been the station.

As far as I can tell it was the station, but I'm a rookie. Had no problem at EVGo stations, but they are 50KW. I charged for 3 hours (including the station ending my session 3 times, once requiring 10-15' of tech support) in Houston to get to 90% (roughly 118KW), which I calculated would get me home at worst case of 1.6mi/KW. I drafted the whole way home at 72-75 in 75mph zones. Avg 1.7KW for 193 miles, drafting most of the way, against a stiff wind from 45 degrees off the bow. Got home with 20 miles left. 6 hours for what I usually do in 2:45.

I have been calling them with no luck. It was escalated last week and I was told there was a backorder but they would call me back by (last) Friday. They didn't. Called again this morning and my order is listed as "Delivery cancelled". I am supposed to get another call back this afternoon but I am not holding my breath. Sunrun is just horrible.

I received my shipping notice on 10/20 and looking at the tracking number mine is scheduled to arrive today.

I am so close to getting it and now I'm almost to the point I don't want it because of this experience. At this point I don't think I would ever go through this process again.

With how it's going I feel like they are going to hit me with a 20k ADM or some shit... Hahaha
