2024's Lightnings cannot set charge location time etc FIX 24B48

Car drives the same but after charging for a few mins at home , I had to unplug and finally @Ford Motor Company I can now do a target charge

anyone who is having the target charge issue this indeed fixes the problem you must charge wherever you want just for a few minutes like it should’ve always been unplugged. Give it a minute and FordPass will then allow you to set your target. @Ford Motor Company it worked . Hopefully anyone who has a dealer that does mobile it took maybe 20 minute software update from the tech.

I too had the "Cannot Set Charge Location...." issue on my '24 Flash that was built in December 2023. Took it to my local dealer and was told "wait for the over the air update" since they were not confident in working on Software issues with Lightnings. They identified 13 modules that were in need of update. So I called Ford Technical support and was told to "try another dealer", which I did.... but before I did I saw this thread with the same problem and CSP 24B48 as the solution. Printed it off and went to dealer #2. They updated the Powertrain Control Module and other associated modules and sent me on my way... tested it today after a charge and presto, I could finally Set Charging Location. So thanks to the Forum for doing what it is supposed to do.... help people.

Worse part they can’t do OTA for this one “it has to be mobile or dealer fix “
