Hi,

I got my truck back after a week at the dealership. They did a number of recalls and also had to do a factory reset. Truck is behaving alright except when I’m using the 360 view camera, I am getting a a fairly small 360 view with a huge black border around it.

Have you guys seen this as well? How do I fix it? Last thing I wanna do is take it back to the dealership.

Yes, there is a fix through ForScan. I’m not sure if the dealer themselves have a fix for this. For some reason @Ford Motor Company has never sent an OTA to fix this.

BTW, the fix isn’t the same one you previously had, it would now be an elongated version.

This is common with 2022‘s that had the front parking sensor CSP done. You need to take it back to the dealer and have them do the APIM configuration step.

Here is the main thread. Open the Tech Bulletin and see step 11. That’s what the dealer missed. Lots of examples in that thread.

You can fix with FORScan but since you never heard of it then you should just take to the dealer.

Yes, it needs to go back to the dealer. I just got my truck back after a week since the fix did not go smoothly for a tech who specializes in the PHEV and BEV vehicles. It is now working as designed in my truck.
