Purchased a 23 Lariat ER from out of state and waited a week or so to make sure everything was finalized with Ford - having truck shipped to me next week!

$80345 MSRP
-$9k dealer discount
-$7500 tax credit up front
-$5000 Ford rebate
-$3500 X Plan

$55345 out the door (prior to taxes, fees, and shipping)

12,500 is for platinum, which is ineligible for fed rebate. 5,000 for lariat. The $1500 conversion is for current Tesla owners.
Awww... that kind of bursts my buble. I am trying to get a 2023 Lariat for $60K but this made me think I could get it even lower. Well, I have to remember, negotiation is a game of patience.

Better read the fine print on the $7500 tax credit up front. You may have to fork it back to the IRS next April. It has restrictions on MSRP at $80K or below and an income cap. The question is: Does the dealer or you have to report MSRP or just the sale price to the IRS?

Correction: The IRS MSRP does NOT include destination charges. You shoudl be OK. (Captaindeadpool pointed that out in https://www.f150lightningforum.com/...count-49215-final-selling-price.18531/page-11)

I'm guessing the MSRP he quoted includes Dest & Delivery, which is excluded from the price the IRS looks at. Income cap still applies of course.

At least it's been a fun 14 months, congrats on that price!

Rudig Jensen Ford in New Lisbon, WI has a Lariat ER marked down $13k before any incentives.
