I currently have a spray in liner, but would prefer to have a rubber mat (still looking for a decent one) to be a sacrificial layer when carrying anything too rough and to keep things from sliding around. Open to recommendations that are decently affordable and durable in Ontario, Canada.

I prefer the drop-in poly liner specifically because it makes things easier to slide in and out (once they are in place, you do need to secure with a strap).
Also, it can be cleaned out if you haul dirt or yard waste.

I have the spray in liner too and I put the Ford rubber mat on top to keep things from sliding. It fits well.

I bought Rough Country’s bed mat. Decent fit, does the job. Might be too good at keeping stuff from moving around. Always thought that I would get a spray-in bedliner at some point, but really haven’t had the need to do so. When I haul trash or gravel, I put a cheap plastic tarp in the bed; it keeps it clean and helps to pull stuff out without climbing up into the bed.

If you have a shell, Bedrug. I had one in my 2005 Ram that got transferred to my 2016 Ram. Put a new one in my 2024 Lightning. That said, it might not be the best option if you carry lots of dirt, aggregate, or similar cargo. It makes the truck bed more like the interior. Bit it is much easier on the knees than a plastic bed liner..

It is very grippy, plus it cleans easily and fits perfectly.

I have the Ford Factory Spray in Bedliner. We bought the Ford branded Bedrug Impact Bed Mat to put on top of it. . We had lots of Fordpass Points to burn so it worked out for us.

I also have a Ford Branded Leer H650FM, also paid for with Fordpass points.

I only have the bedrug impact mat velcro attached at the tailgate.

Ditto. I've had my WeaterTech liner for almost 3 years and am very happy with it. It is custom cut for the truck, no trimming required.
