Wondering if anyone here has purchased this or if any Ford or dealership folks are present who can help.

I recently purchased a 2024 Flash and want Blue Cruise beyond the 90 day trial. I am not a fan of the subscription model, so I would prefer the one-time price option. My dealer was clueless about this even being an option, and even though I asked repeatedly when making the deal, it didn't happen that day with the promise they would look into this further.

I think I am close to wearing out my welcome with the dealer at this point, and Ford owner support can only confirm I must purchase this from a dealer and cannot purchase directly.

Can anyone here offer suggestions or possibly contact my salesman / dealership directly if I share contact info in a private message?

Log in to your Fordpass account and go to connected services. You can buy it there. The dealer cannot help with this.

Yes, I can buy the monthly or annual subscription through Ford Pass.

The one-time price is only available from the dealer according to Ford. I got the same answer from these Ford owner resources so far:

Ford Connected Services at 866-861-0420

Ford Pass Guides team at 800-883-2966

Ford Customer Relationship at 800-392-3673

Interesting. I will have to take a step back and digress then. I have a job 1 2021, so I was offered the 3 year for $600 plan a while back and I jumped on it right away, so when I log in, I don't have the option to buy any of the plans since my subscription is active. However, BC is a cloud-based service managed by Ford.....I doubt the dealer can do it. I would try calling again to speak to a different person who may be better informed.

I am not sure how far it would be from you, but you might try (Alexander Williamson was their EV guy if he is still there) Upper Marlboro Ford in Maryland That is who I purchased my vehicle from or I know Granger Ford has good deals on the extended warranties and is somewhat active on this forum.

I have not. I contacted EV chat at the very beginning of this process. That is a good idea if Jesse-Infotainment's instructions do not pan out. I am really hoping that is the solution :)

OK, time for me to get back to chores to keep my better half happy. Happy wife = happy life after all.
