Oh ok, a dealer advised against it when I was having an issue with my phone as a key and they were trying to solve. I guess I'll give it a try.

If you see a status that a download is in process or an install is in process definitely DO NOT remove power from the 12v system.

Otherwise, suspend the auto update process temporarily, shut off truck, disconnect 12v, wait ~20 minutes, reconnect, manually close frunk, test Frunk open/close and return Automatic updates switch to on status.

Cross fingers and spin around three times.

Has anyone received the update in the last week or so? It seems like lots of people were getting it when this thread first began but has stopped. Did Ford stop the updates (again)?

Could also have stopped for the holidays as there is very limited Ford support

I got a “not completed” on my BC 1.4 update. Nothings happened in a week.

That means the OTA failed for some reason. You'd have to wait for it to be resent, but no way of knowing when that will be.
