I ended it getting this resolved. I posted a video going through the install incase anyone needs it in the future as well as some of the issues i had with my particular truck with the clips.

Running into an issue. I was missing a retaining clip, so I picked up this one ( W721530-S300 / https://ford.oempartsonline.com/oem-parts/ford-tail-lamp-assembly-retainer-w721530s300 ) from my local Ford dealer parts department, but the hole is way too big. Anyone have an idea on finding the right part?
Did you have any luck finding the part that matches the factory installed part? The part listed on the Ford parts website is the one you bought, but it is not the same as what is in the truck from the factory.

I ended up replacing mine with "Light Bar Fastener - Ford (W721531-S300)" which fit perfectly. I'm not sure, but Ford kept suggesting "Tail Lamp Assembly Retainer - Ford (W721530-S300)" which ended up being way too small, maybe that is right for some of the trucks, but just be aware of the different styles. I'm recommend looking at your clips before you order to make sure you get the right style. I show both the clips and the part numbers @ 17:30 in my video -
