Anyone went through the Buy Back process or knows how it works? My truck was already in the shop for over a month, and that issues is still not fixed (was told it would be fixed in an 'update'). Now it looks like it will go back in the shop because I have the powertrain issue. Looking at other posts about the battery/powertrain issue, it looks to be a long wait. If that is the case, I am wondering if all that time is cumulative and if it would qualify.
