Buzz/whine when ignition is on

I test drove a 2023 Lariat ER today and it had a soft, but annoying buzz/whine when the ignition is on. Turns off when ignition off, on when it's on. Similar to the sound the old flourescent tubes would make. It sounds like it comes from the drivers side dash somewhere.

The dealer didn't have any answers and didn't think it was unusual, but agreed it was very obvious. We made sure AC/fan and Pro Power OnBoard were turned off.

Has anyone else noticed this? Was it only on this specific car?

A few other TRUCK owners have noticed the sound, depending on the keenness of your hearing it's either barely noticeable in my case or irritating to a few other folks.

Mine does it. Lariat LR with the extra tow capacity. Maybe it's the battery coolant system?

Mine does it too. But not every single time. Some days are more noticeable then others.

Mine does for sure. Buzzes and whines, its quite loud.

Yes, it's exactly this noise. I couldn't hear it much while driving but it was really annoying when the truck was still
