Can't get ford adaptor to work at tesla stations.

Locking the adapter is the most common problem, but be sure you have a valid verified form of payment configured in the Tesla app.. Same thing for Plug n Charge otherwise you can also see a fault...

Try to pull the adapter off of the tesla cable. Everything should be securely latched together and you should not be able to pull anything apart.

My first attempt ended in failure too- I couldn't 'get the lock to engage- I moved over one stall and it worked fine I've had no issues since either. I wonder if the handle at the first station was bad? Some people have had trouble. If you continue to have trouble give A2Z a call. they may have an idea how to help- maybe even send you the Typhoon pro which has the lock on top instead of the bottom
