Charge Fault with two different at-home chargers (Tesla and Charge point)

It might be timing issue. When the Ford software sends a request to the charger (EVSE) it waits 3 seconds and if it doesn't get a response it triggers a fault. I had this problem with the first generation of the Emporia EVSE. I replaced the EVSE and stopped getting the faults.
