Charge Station Pro Included with Lightning ER XLT?

Hey Fellow Lightning Fans, had a quick question and was wondering if someone faced a similar issue. I wanted to get the extended range XLT lightning and I thought the charge station pro was included in the price because of the snippet below. But when I did the build and price it didn’t show it as an addition like the Lariat did. Ford customer service was not able to help. Any helps greatly appreciated!

It's my understanding that all ER Lightnings will come with the FCSP. It's listed in the package for the battery.
