What did they do to hurt you? I've had a Juicebox for the last 2 years and it's worked fine. They screwed their app up for a bit, but the charger still worked. Being in Phoenix means it has a lot of heat to handle. Maybe they don't do well in the cold?
I posted the many issues.

I got $700 from Eversource in MA for my charger and installation (and fed tax credit). I have the autel maxicharger 50a hardwired (they have a nema 14-50 version too). It works well, has an app to control amps, schedule charging times, start/stop charging and data if you are nerdy. The cord can get stiff with colder weather but usually not a problem outside. Just look for a sale on Amazon, I got mine for ~$450.

Also get an EV charger cover. I've had the charger freeze onto the charge port after an icy night.
