Charging times

I tried to set charging time at my Home location but the system won’t let me change from Anytime to a setting for specific times. It says t o drag the circle to the time! Hothing moves.
Any idea of what I’m doing wrong. ?

Some members got an update recently, maybe you did too, that's causing issues with setting a persistent home charging scheme. By chance was your last OTA update 10.3.0?
