I think it is funny that I recognized every single pack, module, and cell in the video and have personally worked on all of them So many more that I have worked on that did not make the video.

Yes, the recycling area is growing at a rapid pace, but not all companies will survive the coming consolidation, just as not all battery manufacturers survived the consolidation in that area.

On the recycling side. I saw a video a few years back. The company was taking used EV packs and using multiples to power off grid high rise buildings. At night the high-rise buildings would disconnect from the grid. Used the battery packs for AC and lighting overnight. Then switch back to solar charging during the day. Said that as ev batteries degrade from high demand use. Low demand such as AC and lighting, these batteries could last 30 or more years. Then be recycled.
