NOTE: Originally intended for tracking of our Bronco Wildtrak order, but this is relevant to F-150, Maverick, Mach-E, and Lightning.. maybe others-
Just like many of us, I have found many different ways to find where my Bronco was in the process, what the status was at any given time, and what the hell is going on with lost shipments, time delays and unspecified delays.
Many of us have been very anxious to receive our new Bronco, and many of us have been delayed for many different reasons. After 2 years, 4 months, and 6 days of waiting since my original reservation date, I have compiled a lot of information that may be useful to some of you. If you are looking to find information on different parts of the Bronco journey, I am sharing information found within many different threads and forum members posts.
I do not take credit for finding out all of this info and certainly am not passing it off as my own.
Thank you to the original forum members who posted information or sent me information to help me during my process. I thought out of courtesy, I could pass it on to others who are relentless about finding information, having OCD New Bronco Syndrome, or just simply want answers faster than Ford can provide them. Please see below and take whatever you can from it for your own use.

FYI- Canned responses from Marketing Team are NOT uncommon-
Marketing will ALWAYS state dealer has more resources available to them. NOT true, they see the same info Marketing can see. As of this writing Dealer also has VINVIEW access, while Marketing Currently does not. (12/2022)- However, Marketing has acknowledged that they have been given access to VINVIEW, but are not able to use it,, yet.
Marketing will also look at historical data, ie, your vehicle is in MAP, but they fail to see that there is a system lag, and that indeed it was placed on railcar but their internal systems still show no movement, or same thing while it is on rail. Please be kind, as we have more resources than they do to track rail. (See below)
It is not uncommon for a CSR member or Marketing member to say that your vehicle is In-Transit, and quote the ETA that is in the system, along with encouragement that the vehicle has shipped. False hope people, false hope. If you get that representative that insists it shipped and is moving through the shipping process, and they cannot see its location anywhere else but MAP, or Blue Island, IL, AND there is no railcar YOU can track, chances are, you should call back in a few minutes. The new Rep you get will most likely realign your hopes, and state, they still see it in MAP. Sorry, but I know this all too well, and rather you know it, than be crushed like we were!

1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) or [ Enter Letter code. TTGX becomes 81814192 # ] then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.
Union Pacific (UP)
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update
Norfolk Southern (NS)
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.
