Dealer completed 24B56 & 24P24 and drained my 12V battery

Question - my dealer completed 24B56 & 24P24 and drained my 12V battery. Anyone else have this experience. The updates were completed successfully - but took 3.5-4 hours and my 12V battery as 55% when complete. I like my dealer but the update took so long they could not do a health check of my truck at 10K miles.

Yep! Instructions on TSBs for software updates always call for connecting a power supply to maintain proper 12V voltage. The Tech must have thought he knew better.

This has happened to others and actually bricked their Lightnings and Mach Es.
