Good evening guys this is my first post on the forum and I just wanted to put some information out there that may be helpful to others with the same issue that I’m having. I’ve had my truck for about a month and I have been having an annoying rattle when I would close the drivers door. I finally took off the door panel earlier and found that the plastic film that was installed on the inner door skin was the cause of the vibration. The film was vibrating against a bolt head inside the door. I ended up putting a dab of black rtv on the plastic where it was coming in contact with the bolt head and that took care of the issue. So hopefully this info is helpful to someone with the same noise that I was dealing with.

Thank you! I have a very similar sound on my passenger door. I'll see if it is the same thing.

No problem at all. Hopefully this takes care of your noise. It was driving me crazy in my truck.

I still need to look at mine. Believe mine is coming from the triangular trim near the dash on the passenger door. Someone mentioned on reddit that they had a similar problem and it was due to the bolt holding the trim not being seated correctly.

Theres a service thing out for the sunroof rails needing lubrication. I thought it was the passenger door and when you tilt the sunroof up, the noise went away for me. I took it in to get addressed and they fixed it for me.

I removed that plastic a while ago and bolted in some hard plastic for when I add the sound deadening to the doors and upgrade the speakers
