I've had my Lightning for just over two weeks now and have noticed the same issue. At higher speeds I notice a flapping and clapping sound. If I push on the driver side window it will go away. Has anyone had any luck getting a solution? Thanks
Hey there! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your concerns on my end.

@Lucasw. I took my truck to dealership and they are looking at it but seems hard to duplicate it but glad I made the video. No fix yet. I did open a case with Ford also as was suggested.

Your video was great! I actually showed it to the techs yesterday but, like you said, they weren't able to duplicate it. Of course, I heard it on my drive home ?. I've learned I can roll the window down then up a few times and it will stop.

Latest Status…local Ford Service is refusing to contact Ford corporate engineers with out the local Ford service being able to duplicate this intermittent probe. Even though they have the video that they could send engineers and at least pick their brain on the problem.

update,
Had truck back for over a week now and no more flapping. The inner window top run insulation was replaced on both front windows. The shop foreman admitted it’s a known f150 issue.

Did this fix your issue, and do you have a part number?

Can someone post the resolution to this issue? I've been experiencing it on my 2024 Flash and lately it has progressed to be more common and annoying.

Just get some tape or tack and use it on those rubber sliders on the back doors. If you can get them to stay put it will not rattle when on the highway. I notice this happens when the air pressure inside the cabin changes from opening windows or sunroof. But as others mentioned it will go away it's just when the air pressure is off it sucks air in by the door gaps and hence the rattle noise.

Yes, I have had this happen a few times now and I think it has always been after I opened the moonroof or the windows. My wife was in the passenger seat and pushed against the side of the window and it would stop.
