Hi John,

Let's put it this way: If I happen be at the beach on the Texas coast, and I'm lucky enough to see somebody drive that guy's truck straight into the water, I'm calling 911 to report a truck in the Gulf of Mexico. I'm quite confident they'll know which body of water I'm talking about. They can call it whatever the hell they want in their police report.
