So my truck had a powertrain malfunction, it went into only 57% power. Brought it into the dealership and was told no loaner cars. They only offer them for Lincoln customers. I was told that they can offer $45 a day to rent a car... now there is nothing I can use for my job that would be even remotely big enough for me for that price l, let alone even a car available for that price range.
Dealership now has had my car for 2 weeks and keep telling me later this day, latest thst day.
Contacted ford assistance on this forum with and started off looking good but it was nothing but empty promises. At first they seemed really helpful and then everything just progressed downhill. Messages started taking longer to answer... would have to email a couple times to get feedback.
I've had nothing but problems with this truck and I've had enough with my dealership and ford in general.
Here is a list:
1. Before it was delivered the truck got damaged, nobody knew what was going on. It tooks weeks of preorder getting dealyed and no info. Finally got to the dealer and had to get it redone 3 times before the paint and the coat were matched. OK stuff happens... i guess.
2. My 12v battery started dying on me which had to get swapped out.
3. My rear window went down and wouldn't go back up. Window switch and motor had to be replaced.
4. Sensor fault showed up so diagnosed this the same time as the windows and everything was ok.
5. My main screen in the center console sometimes doesn't even turn on sometimes and will not come back on after a minutes or so. Haven't even scheduled anything for this.

2 bad battery modules and nothing but excuses. I've tried to be patient with both my dealership and ford up until now but I've had the worst experience so far.
I loved everything about this truck and really want to keep it but I just don't know if I can handle these ongoing problems and lack of customer care.
