Wow. That looks.....um, yeah. I'll keep that to myself.

Anyway, knowing Ford, they probably have different taillight plugs for Lightnjling and ICE trucks. Other than that, it should work. Tailgate is exactly the same on XLT and ICE. Might not work with a step bar from the position the control box is mounted.

I’ll see you all in 2-3years with your goofy tailgate lights with leds missing burned out . I see trucks all the time with burned out bulbs on them ,why would anyone spend money for something that’s just going to break and is installed in a spot that’s subject to abuse and use as a truck . Less is more

I use to buy the cheap light bars also, and wound up with the same missing or burned out leds and such. Then I opened my wallet for one with a lifetime warranty. 10 years and counting on my old truck and not one single led has burned out. (knock on wood)

I installed the excalibur light bar like 2 weeks ago. So the wiring is different between the ICE F-150 taillights and the Lightning tailights. When I turned left, both lights in the lightbar would blink, and when I turned right, no lights would light up. So I contacted putco, and they were awesome enough to build me a harness for the Lightning. I just installed that today and it works perfectly now.

I was able to get it for $720 shipped w/ no tax from an aftermarket shop based in the midwest.

The pics and video make the light hues look pretty different, but in real life, they are much closer in hue. I am really happy with how it turned out. It really looks OEM. Only someone on this forum would know its not OEM.

I hear you, I have the Lariat and it is one of the features that I really love for some stupid reason!-LOL
I know I never see it unless I am parked with the truck running-go figure?
