I have had my 2023 Platinum Lightning for 6 weeks and had my procharger installed several weeks ago with a 100 amp circuit breaker by a electrician. It has worked great for several weeks until a few nights ago when it stopped charging with flashing amber lights on the truck. It appears based it other threads and the Ford documentation this is a charging fault outside the vehicle and the truck automatically disconnects the connection. I have had no breakers to reset and the Blu light returns after reseting the breaker and unit. The power seems normal.
I tried the mobile connector and it works fine and also went to Electric America and did a DC charge with no issues. This validated that the truck most likely is fine and I have an issue with the Ford pro-charger. My guess is I have a bad circuit board in the unit. The question I have is where do I go from here? or are there any other options that I may have missed. I also tried the unit at lower amp settings with no change to the issue.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thank you!
