Ford sent this today to collect feedback about the ordering experience. Very short survey with space to write extensive comments if you choose to. Also asked specifically about dealership and if/why you made contact with them during the process.

Got this today as well. It specified which model I reserved, dealer and the communication with them. I’m thinking this was mostly wave 1 folks that got these as I asked this on Reddit with no Wave 2 responses.

Received today while I was at my dealer. Ford did their job, I got 1/500 PROs, and ordering online was EZ. Dealer experience was great once I found the right one. Confirmed I am the first at this dealership, owner was confident I would have my EV by late-summer, no complaints aside from the OG dealership that started by saying there will be a $10k markup due to demand. Just got this email the other day from them...

I have a Wave 2 order placed and did not get this survey.
Either:
1) Ford is slow getting the surveys out and only have Wave 1 data so far.
or,
2) Ford doesn't want to get blasted for the Pro already being sold out before Wave 2 started.

First wave and Pro, I also received this survey today. Aside from the limited number of Pro’s, I thought this order process was pretty seamless. I did comment that I contacted my dealer to ask them to accept my order.

The email from your dealership contains several lies/untruths:

"so we have been encouraged to charge over MSRP" - that is untrue. In fact Ford sent them a letter asking them to not price gouge Lightning customers. While the letter didn't specify ADMs, it did discuss other things related.

"Ford is requiring us to have you sign a form that states you will not re-sell your Lightning for a certain amount of time" - also untrue. Ford suggested language and said they would support the dealers adding it. They require NOTHING.

That is odd one would think the form letter is using a dynamic element, deadline 15 days from mail date. Bad programming. Me thinks the first two waves were restrained so they could debug any quirks in the entire process and give the sales staff at dealers time to acclimate as well.
