That is odd one would think the form letter is using a dynamic element, deadline 15 days from mail date. Bad programming. Me thinks the first two waves were restrained so they could debug any quirks in the entire process and give the sales staff at dealers time to acclimate as well.
That’s what plenty of people said regarding the first wave after that one was small, wonder if we’ll be saying it about each subsequent small wave through the end of March ?

Second Wave and XLT SR. Just receive the survey request from Ford. (January 25th)

I too noticed the "This survey will close on 1/8/2022 " message in my email. Someone in the Ford Lightning Survey team must have copied some old survey email and not proofread it.

I have a Wave 2 order placed and did not get this survey.
Either:
1) Ford is slow getting the surveys out and only have Wave 1 data so far.
or,
2) Ford doesn't want to get blasted for the Pro already being sold out before Wave 2 started.
Or they are waiting until all Wave 2 orders are processed. The focus of the survey is the Order Process, not the Bummed I Haven't Caught a Wave Yet Process. They know we are dissatisfied for that one.

I have some thoughts I'd like to put on that survey...
I spoke up today on my survey for everyone who, like me, was annoyed and turned off by this entire process. Not that it will change anything. And despite this debacle I’m still somehow very excited to get the truck

I thought you mentioned in one post that you were able to reserve the morning of the revel before anyone else and you were #1 at a mega dealership with no ADM, so why are you in wave 3?

The reservation system actually went live about ten hours before the presentation. That's how I got #2 at my dealer.

I sent in my feedback after last phone discussion with the dealer on 2/16.

Suggested they mandate dealers honestly list the markup costs on web-builder, if they put in nothing they should be stuck with nothing.

That's a basic business principle - honest pricing. Nobody should have to endure dishonesty.
