I got this yesterday and oddly enough my android auto stopped connecting to my phone . It tells me i need you connect via usb cable.

I've always just connected mine via cable as it otherwise gets too hot when in use. I don't recall any other reports about this. Is the disconnect consistent? If so, I'd ask your dealer about getting the TSB which pushes a bunch of updates.

There are a few settings buried in the display. There is the AA one where you get your phone list but also one for Wireless projection. It's possible that could have been switched off. There should be a wirless network called PROJ#### or something similar.

There may even be a third setting but I'm not certain about that.

Aside from that there is a hidden option on the phone to force wired only but I doubt that is the issue
