Oh great, now that people have started receiving their replacement adapters, I have started looking outside every five minutes to see if mine has arrived. I have a doorbell camera that tells me when someone comes to the door but I keep thinking maybe the camera missed the delivery.

Finally got my replacement adapter today best part is I got the "shipped" email 20 minutes after it got delivered at my Front door typical Ford.... I was kinda hoping I got the new Ford branded Lectron adapter but just got another Tesla model

I'd have thought if this issue was a huge concern they'd be done by now to get these off the street.

I received my replacement, FAE:91002742 12/20/2024, but I can't find the original adapter. I am pretty sure it was in the frunk when I took it to the dealer in September for recalls and CSP's. They had the truck for a month.

When I received the replacement I looked in the frunk and it wasn't there. I'm not gonna blame the Ford dealer two months later but.... I really have no idea where it may be.

Anyway, as of now, I have nothing to ship back.

Made my Christmas trip to Colorado and back without my replacement adapter. I wasn’t planning to use the old adapter but circumstances forced me to use it a couple of times. A couple of the CCS chargers I tried to use were either in use or wouldn’t activate but the old Tesla adapter easily connected to the Tesla chargers with great charging speed.

Now I’m hoping to receive the replacement adapter before my NEXT trip to Colorado in a couple of months. Will this adapter/Tesla charger availability waiting cycle ever end?

I was notified yesterday afternoon that my replacement adapter will be delivered today (24th) by FedEx. Two months to the day of being notified my original adapter was defective and would be replaced "shortly".
