FordPass app on iPhone in error

My iPhone is showing that my 2024 Flash is "ON" on the home page under the truck's image.. It's been sitting for 3 days. I know that it isn't on. I don't think the truck would even stay on that long if I inadvertently didn't turn it off when I left, would it? Unless the app is referring to the pro-power being set to on while the truck is off. But I don't think I even left that on last time I used it; I assume it goes to a default setting after awhile. I received an OTA update about 10 days ago and there were some changes but I noticed the "vehicle is on" thing changed to showing it was off. But now it's doing it again. Anyone else notice this?

I’ve found the latest few builds to be rather buggy.

- The charge history seems to be complete fiction.
- My L2 charger and the app disagree on the charging power by about 800 watts.
- Sometimes the charging details in the Energy tab, disappears completely.
- Received a notification recently that my 90 day Blue Cruise subscription was activated (I have a 3 year sub)
- Received an alert that software was updated, that the truck already updated the week prior.

The app is showing the kw actually going into the battery. The difference is the charging loss (ac/dc converter, battery heating/cooling, etc.)

Shows v5.14.0 I see some changes. I see the new tire pressure & washer fluid items. Under "vehicle" connected services: before, I was getting nothing but a spinning circle. Now it shows screen to activate Blue Oval network but when I tap on "activate" it goes to a screen that just spins. Also when I tap on "manage connected services" all I get is a spinning screen. I don't get a cell signal from a cell tower where I live. Perhaps I need to go out to were there is cell service rather than relying on my home Wifi.

Also on Vehicle screen it shows Blue Cruise and "add it". But on my 2024 Flash I am supposed to get it for 3 yrs and as far as I can tell, it's already working. Lane keep works and the icon in lower right of driver's screen shows it is active when I press cruise.

Also under "Vehicle", it should say parked but it still says "Vehicle is On".

Take a look at the trucks Sync software update screen, curious as to your most recent OTA which is likely the root cause.

Looks like that number would be Sync4 24127 revision 1270
I don't think the modem is working. Whenever I select the connectivity services tab it just spins. I am connected with my iPhone to see my phone through blue tooth but it won't get a connection to my wifi. There is no cell tower signal out here. Thanks
