Fordpass disconnected from truck

Tried searching this one and havent found the answer yet. Please forgive me if it's been discussed.
On my app it shows my truck is disconnected and it wont let me open Frunk or bed, but it will allow me to start truck. Any ideas?

"Disconnected" is for those features. Those features are Bluetooth controlled. You are too far away from the truck.

Remote start is done via a WiFi or Cellular connection from your phone to the cloud to your truck.

Post or send me your VIN. I can check if the truck is reporting any codes that help point out the issue and if your modem is working properly.

Modem isn't used for those features...

Be that as it may, if I am already in there, it does not hurt to check if the modem is properly provisioned.
