FordPass not updating charge %

Since IOS FordPass version 4.18 came out last week my charge percentage rarely updates. It’s stuck at 78% but looking in the vehicle it’s at 90. Anyone else seeing issues?

I forced restarted it a few times but same problem.

I saw this once. I think I had to unlock/wake the truck and then it updated. Should have updated when I parked I thought.

I’ve tried lock, unlock, start, drive, and unplugging. I’ve been at 78% for days.

Ford Pass is just trash, I’ve given up on it. I have the same situation, you just have to close the App a couple of times before it goes back to normal

Makes you wonder how Ford wants us to trust the rest of the SW when the app is this bad.

That's exactly why I haven't tried blue cruise yet... I'm a software engineer. That software is made by people like me. I know me. I don't trust me.

Well - the one thing they need for sure is a beep/better warning when Bluecruise disengages for sure.

Been having the same issues lately. Sometimes it doesn’t even alert me that it’s 100% charged as well. It used to be reliable but now it’s showing last updated 6-7-8-9-10 hrs ago. Ugh
