Back in October 2023 I bought a Lariat ER with Max Tow, power running boards, spray in bedliner , vehicle safe, etc

pricing was reduced by;

$2,500 dealer discount
$7,500 Ford rebate
$750 PCO
$7,500 Federal Tax credit claimed on taxes filed 4/24

The rebate was scheduled to be valid to 12/31/23 but Ford cancelled it in November unexpectedly. My timing worked out for me.

It barely qualified for tax credit because MSRP was $79,845 before destination charges.

I've sort of been looking around the NY dealers for ER (sadly I have been limited on taking the truck on some trips because of the SR battery), even with the incentives in like April/May I didn't see any dealers wanting to play ball. I still see a decent number of Lariat ER around (and even some Platinum, man those are never going to move without steep incentives), but no XLT ERs.

It seems like an okay deal, as I see a lot of Lariat SR's for ~55-58. I'd really like the Azure Gray, as I'm trading in an Area 51 Maverick and they're almost the same color. The thing holding me up is that I can't fit the F-150 in the garage and I'm very on the fence about keeping a car in the driveway all the time.

Edit: Passed...I just couldn't justify keeping this out in the elements all the time. It's a wonderful vehicle, though. Time to put that money towards building a bigger garage.
