A2Z builds very high quality adapters, have great customer service. I have both the Ford-provided and an A2Z adapter for DCFC and A2Z is better than the brand-T provided by Ford..What about A2Z? Complete garbage or worth keeping?
They not only produce a quality product they have a customer service group that is second to none. What about A2Z? Complete garbage or worth keeping?
So far so good, hope it lasts.Just used the one I purchased from Amazon for the first time yesterday on a Supercharger at the Tejon Outlets, and it worked fine. Didn't get very warm either.
Used it again on our return trip and no issues at all.So far so good, hope it lasts.
I would go with a SuperTap from TeslaTap.What about A2Z? Complete garbage or worth keeping?
Over twice as much $ as the A2Z on the recent sale. And it's still made in China. (They say final assembly is in the US-That could be as little as labeling and boxing)I would go with a SuperTap from TeslaTap.
Costs a little more but the quality is above all the rest.
And is from the US instead of China.

No... I went to their shop in Goleta California and saw the machines making parts for it.Over twice as much $ as the A2Z on the recent sale. And it's still made in China. (They say final assembly is in the US-That could be as little as labeling and boxing)
Sounds like you have some inside access with them. Regardless, they need to lower their prices to be competitive.No... I went to their shop in Goleta California and saw the machines making parts for it.
Looks like 16 gauge wiresI would think the wires would immediately melt on the version in the right picture. I see some positive feedback after actual use on some of these economy adapters being sold on Amazon.
Apparently, they only changed the locking mechanisms on them to make the latch and secondary lock more solid, which they manufacture. The product itself is imported from China and has same internals as the old A2Z gen. I spoke with them over the phone and this is what I recall from the conversation.No...
