I’ve searched this forum, the web, YouTube, the manual and all I can find is the shortcut to enter calm mode on the 15” center SYNC display by pressing and holding the volume wheel.

But I can’t find what I really want to know: how do I enter calm mode with the instrument cluster in the dash?

For me it's in the My View category. Then you can add or remove screens, make sure calm is available.

Yes in My View. Calm mode is my favorite. Combine with dark mode on the center screen and you have a little serenity on the freeway...

Agree. I really wish Ford would show a brake coach/regen screen...they do it in other PHEVs that they made.

There is a Brake Coach, needs to be turned on in the settings. Maybe under Driver Assistance if I am not mistaken.

I have it turned on, only seems to show regen on the tiny dial bottom left. Am I missing it somewhere else?

I enter it by madly pushing the R side steering buttons up and down while howling like a banshee. I find it very cathartic.

But first you have to use said buttons to choose it via the M View Menu choices

joking aside, it is helpful for finding batter state of charge

I had it set to calm screen. I had also turned off the annoying seat belt chime for the drivers side seat. Then this morning, the chime was back and the calm screen gone.

I suppose some kind of OTA update reset everything to a default.

Ugh!
