most of these boxes come with a sim ejection tool and there should be a little button that you can push with it so you can switch from android auto to CarPlay. If it has that try clicking it and see if that works. You might have to click it for a couple seconds.

Right. When I first got it initially it was set up for carplay. I could not get that to work in the vette. I changed it to android auto and it loaded right up, no problem. It worked very well. I will try it again when I get back to the shop.

Finally got back to this. I switched the device to run as a Car Play device and it booted right up. I think if I switch it back to Android Auto it might work in that mode to. I am not sure if one is better than the other. At first glance it appears to be about the same to me. I was able to get my OBD device hooked up. I just need to find an app that has more EV options, maybe that is Forscan lite?
