Installed with Sunrun?

Anyone get the charger and HIS installed through Sunrun? I’m about cancel with them. They can’t find a contractor to install. All excuses. This install should be easy for a competent electrician right? Probably cheaper too.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems. I could be a matter of your location. I live in Southern California and Sunrun has their own people here. They did my original solar install two years ago and they have been on top of the process with me on the Ford installation. Just waiting for the Charger Pro from Ford at this point to schedule the installation.

Sunrun said they couldn’t install HIS in my home because of my existing setup. I don’t think they are competent at all.
