July experience with Sunrun is good - so far

Well as of today Sunrun said my status was listed as "Delivery cancelled" and they have no idea why. Promised a call back at the end of the day but never did (surprise surprise). Will call again tomorrow and see what the new excuse / lie is.

If they want to keep the FSCP that is fine by me, just send me a check!

It requires a signature. Could they have tried delivering it when nobody was home?

Well after their "escalation to leadership" last week there is no record of that today. They seem to have no tracking system for Ford charger order issues. Today they tried to tell me it was shipped and I must have missed delivery. When I asked for the tracking number they said they couldn't find it and said a different company ships it out and connected me to that number. It turned out to be a some Mach-e charger company not even sunrun. Insane! The company had no knowledge of Lightning chargers. When I called the Ford Sunrun number again they were gone for day even though their hours are listed 7PM PST and I called at 4EST.

Oh, and I called four times today, with all combinations of "I can't hear you, " even though I could hear them, after talking to the same person and waiting on hold for 10 minutes while they checked it out. No I was not on mute. Then there was disconnects from they auto attendant menus, or transfers to dead end numbers with a hangup.

Ford should cancel their deal with Sunrun for breech of contract it is doing them great damage. In fact they don't even install the equipment most of time, they hire local contractors in many cases have never done a FSCP or HIS install before. If you won't lease their solar with built-in 3% yearly increases and loss of tax credits they lose all interest In returning calls or anything else. Ford was scammed.

Yup, having pretty much the exact same experience. They also never contact you back after promising to and there is no direct line to the Ford team so you have to go through general help every time. Will try calling them again tomorrow to see what new excuse they have.

Honestly at this point I am almost ready to just order an EVSE off of Amazon (another Grizzl-e) and toss the FCSP in the trash if it ever arrives.

I purchased an Emporia as a second charger when I leave truck outside. IT has a few cool features like interfacing with their Emporia Vue product. This also seems very interesting as replacement for HIS. Really fantastic run company from my interactions with them.

I already received my FSCP 11/7/2022 but don't have ETA for the truck! It is in transit with no estimate for arrival.
