Maybe you didn’t understand. I don’t believe it is in the consumers best interest to allow individual states to dictate car regulations.

I agree, all Government, local, state, or, federal, should not force the population into a limited market on any product. It’s not good for the consumer. Inform, but NOT force.

Ford is a nationwide brand and will do a nationwide rollout. Simple as that.

I don't think anyone is debating this, the point is they might prioritize ZEV states. Sending a single vehicle to most states would technically be part of a nationwide rollout.

Texas is not a zev state and from what I can find the first mach-e was delivered to a customer in Dallas. I wouldn't be surprised if they delivered the first lightning through a Dallas area dealership as well.
