keypad stopped working on a new Flash

I'm new to Ford F150, so I have no previous experience with the driver side keypad. It stopped working on my 5 mo old Flash. Any ideas? It's definitely the correct, factory-set code and I have never touched any settings related to the keypad. Thought I should ask you knowledgable folks before stopping by my local dealer. Thanks!

And I can help you get the truck to display the factory keypad code for you.
Will the keypad lock the truck if you push the 2 bottom buttons together ?
How do you know you’re using the factory code ?

The keypad code is from the card provided with the truck- from the factory. The code was working just fine. The keypad illuminates when I unlock the truck with the remote, but it does not illuminate when pushing any buttons, and pressing the bottom two keys to lock the truck do nothing. Seems like a malfunction.

Sounds like a service warranty visit to me. Likely a dead battery or disconnect in the key pad.

Here’s a similar issue/fix. But at this point I’d let the dealer handle it in case you break something, since it’s under warranty.

My driver side bed light was disconnected under the rear bed, but was an easy fix.

Yes! Got the More-EV rebate! Sort of a cryptic process for trucks- sending documents via email, rather than a simple website form for More-EV car rebates. Nonetheless, very happy to have received that check in the mail! Thanks for everyone's input. Just making sure I'm not missing something obvious with the keypad.
