Thanks so much...I have already seen an OTA, even though I've only had the truck a week. I wondered about the FDRS updates.
FDRS is the software techs use to diagnose vehicles and you can also manually install updates with it. With FDRS, you do not need to wait for OTA's, but the updates you get with the OTA process or FDRS are one and the same.

Thanks...but when I go to my Ford Pass app>Service I don't see a customer satisfaction link. Right below my mileage is a Tire Pressure Diagram.

Sounds like you were on the correct screen.

When you do get a CSP the banner displays. Press on that banner and it will give more details.

The CSP banner will not show if there are no CSP(s) for your truck.

This and the Recall links are dynamic, if you have no open issues then the link is hidden.

Double check of your FORD.COM account & vehicle status pages to verify.

I assume your truck is on the IPMA software it came with from factory? The newer software improves all driver assist functions significantly. Unfortunately, it is not being sent out OTA. It can be only be installed via FDRS.

What's with all the acroynm's? What do the mean?

Funny, I feel I have the opposite problem. I've always tended to bias my lane centering to the right (assuming right lane, beside breakdown lane). Always figured it gives me just that much more reaction time if something happens in the lane to my left. However, when I turn on lane centering, I find it's biased to the left, seemingly almost on the lane markers.

FWIW, mine also insists on turning on the lane centering when I engage the cruise control.
Yep - as originally delivered, if you are in the right lane, the software biases left, and if you are in the left lane, it biases right. Basically the opposite of what a driver naturally does, giving a little extra space to vehicles in the adjacent lane. The updates being discussed here do solve that quite a bit and generally keep the truck centered in the lane.
