Going through a module replacement is a bit like having your hot girlfriend cheat on you. You loved everything about her and had a beautiful relationship....right up until that point. I can see why you are upset and vented. However, if you paid $90k+, you will take a huge hit if you bail now just as the OP has done.

waiting to hear back but doubtful, Nevada Lemon law is the same thing over and over breaking, mine has been different things each time. Last night I couldn't get the frunk to close and latch. It took me time searching but figured out that the latch closed and locked without it being down, a screwdriver fixed it but just another annoying issue.

We will be trading in our lightning soon due to changes in family size and needs. While the slap in the face of trade in value today, I only was at 62.5k after rebates / discounts when I bought so not nearly as bad as those who paid msrp or close.
The market is splitting into those committed to drive it until it dies due to their needs being very consistent and meeting the use case, and those getting out due to changes in their needs either financially or lifestyle.

For those planning to keep the truck a decade, the "market" is irrelevant.
The purchase price was set when they bought.
I compared two F-150's the ICE and the Lightning - over a ten year period the ICE would be double the cost total with fuel, than the EV with charging. -I mostly home charge, and our local overnight rate is crazy cheap 2.8cents/kWh.
Now imagine the price of gas climbs over that ten years...

Instant $10 depreciation hit for all earlier purchasers. Ford could have acknowledged their smackdown of 2022 and early 2023 buyers by offering them a special credit toward the purchase of another new Ford in the future. Any kind of concession at all would have been a nod toward customer appreciation. But no. Nothing. Stung at the time, still stings to remember it- but what goes around comes around, and someday those buyers will be shopping for new trucks, and will remember how much Ford appreciated their “donations.”

If you did not know you were overpaying at that time, I can't help you. This isn't a Ford thing, it happens for almost every product out there. When demand outpaces supply, prices get raised. There are two types of people, people like me who say, hell no, I'll wait until supply meets demand and prices drop, and then there are others that want to be first. They get to enjoy the spotlight of being first, get all the attention of showing their truck that nobody's seen before, etc. That comes at a price. No different than the Cybertruck, no different than the Silverado EV. Ford owes you squat because you made the decision to buy at the time you did and got to enjoy the perks that came with it. Most dealers have major sales at year end. Do you hold a grudge if you bought before the sale? Sorry, I just don't relate to this concept of blaming someone else for my decisions.

I don’t regret buying the truck. I would not have paid over MSRP to a dealer, even for a truck I’d waited for and wanted for a long time- my dealer’s policy was to sell customer-ordered Lightnings at MSRP.
You write as though this happens every day, but in my experience it was unprecedented that Ford would drop the MSRP of a second-model-year vehicle by double digits.
How’s it working out for them? By the sales numbers, I’d say not too well. Such a short-sighted strategy overlooks retention of customers. I have read many comments on this forum of remorse over Lightning cost of ownership. This important aspect is, to a large degree, determined by Ford.
I was only suggesting that Ford could show their appreciation for early adopters, and perhaps build and sell two Lightnings to them instead of one-and-done, by offering a targeted customer-loyalty incentive to that group. They don’t owe me anything- but on the other hand, they should want me to look forward to owning my next new Ford, and act accordingly.
